The number one goal my one-on-one fertility clients come to me hoping to achieve might surprise you. You would think it would be getting pregnant.

But it’s not.

Stress relief is.

Yes, they want to get pregnant, but they want to do so without feeling stressed out and anxious the whole time.

They want to feel calmer. They want to feel confident in their bodies’ ability. And they want to feel more connected to their hearts and minds.

Isn’t that what you want too?

The path to pregnancy doesn’t have to be filled with fear, anxiety, and overwhelm. There’s a more peaceful path available to you.

Practices like yoga and breathwork are tried and true methods to ease stress. In fact, they’re my go-to practices for my one-on-one clients who are trying to manage their stress while preparing for pregnancy. That’s because they’re gentle, effective, and simple and easy to do.

Now, there’s a really good chance that you already knew mind-body practices, like yoga, can help to relieve stress. But you might not have known that mind-body practices may also increase your chances of conceiving.

In one of Dr. Alice Domar’s studies, 52% of women undergoing IVF who participated in a mind-body group conceived, compared to just 20% of the women in the control group.

In a different study, women diagnosed with infertility (some of whom were undergoing various forms of medical assistance and others who were not) who had been trying to conceive for one to two years were randomized to one of three groups: a cognitive behavioral group, a support group, and a routine care control group.

The cognitive behavioral group received “relaxation training, cognitive restructuring, methods for emotional expression, and nutrition and exercise information as they apply to infertility. The relaxation techniques included meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, imagery, autogenic training, and yoga.”

At the end of the year, 55% of the participants in the cognitive behavioral group and 54% of the participants in the support group conceived. The control group? Only 20% of them conceived.

This research, coupled with the successes of my one-on-one clients and YouTube viewers, is why I created A Peaceful Path to Pregnancy.

A Peaceful Path to Pregnancy is a set of 3 simple practices to support your fertility and soothe your nervous system. The practices, when done regularly, have the potential to transform your fertility journey.

And unlike the videos I share on YouTube, there are no annoying ads and no distracting (and sometimes anxiety-inducing) suggested videos to contend with.

Are you ready to take the first step to feeling more calm, connected, and fertile?

What’s inside

Morning Acupressure

In this five minute practice, you’ll stimulate acupressure points to fortify and strengthen your energy.

Think of this as your chance to connect to, refresh, and rejuvenate yourself, which ultimately bolsters your overall and reproductive health.

Midday Breathwork

In this brief practice, you’ll connect to your breath. Doing so is a simple way to soothe and nurture your nervous system.

Breathwork is also an effective way to replenish your energy and vitality.

Remember, conception, pregnancy, and parenting require a great deal of energy. So building up your energy stores with breathwork is a lovely way to support yourself on your path to pregnancy.

You’ll also do some relaxing eye movements. Great to do if you’ve been staring at a screen all morning.

Evening Yoga Class

In this 30-minute practice, you’ll move through yoga poses chosen specifically to stimulate the meridians most closely associated with fertility.

This practice will encourage the smooth, easeful flow of energy and blood to your reproductive organs and it will calm your mind.

I hope it leaves you feeling receptive and ready for a restorative night of sleep.
