More and more researchers are finding inflammation is the root of many diseases and conditions, from heart disease to acne, inflammation may be the spark that ignites the fire of a variety of acute and chronic diseases. Diseases which can negatively impact fertility are not excluded. Controlling inflammation is an important part of maintaining overall and gynecological health.
Not all inflammation is caused by diet, but a diet inadequate in whole foods and too high in overly processed foods certainly does play a major role in promoting inflammation. The typical American diet is full of processed foods, many of which are pro-inflammatory. Replacing pro-inflammatory foods with anti-inflammatory foods is a simple change you can make to increase your health, beauty, and fertility.
