Live Fertile Principle #7: Emotional Wellbeing

I have yet to meet a person who hasn’t experienced some form of emotional turmoil at some point in their life. And for a lot of the people I’ve worked with, their relationship with their bodies, their periods, and their fertility have been major sources of emotional pain.

Unfortunately, our mental health sometimes takes a backseat to our physical health. Which really is a shame because you really can’t separate the two. One is not more important than the other. And both impact each other.

Emotional health is such an important part of our fertility and overall health, that I made it one of the principles of the Live Fertile philosophy.

In this video, the eighth in an 8-part series, we’re going to take a look at why mental health support is so important for people experiencing infertility and those with PCOS. Plus, I'll share three of my favorite fertility and PCOS mental health professionals.

And make sure to check out my YouTube channel in July. I have two interviews with mental health professionals you won’t want to miss.

Enjoy!
