Iron Rich Foods for Fertility
In a previous post listing 10 nutrition recommendations to boost your fertility I included how important getting enough iron, especially from plant sources is to our fertility.
Focusing on getting iron from plant foods like fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and grains may come as a surprise since we usually think of iron as coming from animal foods like beef, pork, and other meats. While these are certainly great sources they are not the only sources. And when it comes to fertility they may not even be the best sources.
My Journey to Clear Skin
I've been thinking about writing this post for a long time, but I've been too afraid. Talking about skin, mine and other people's, can be nerve wracking for me. It's hard to talk about something you're still working through.
Everyone is comfortable sharing their victories but it takes a lot to say, "I'm fighting through this, and really don't know when or if I will get to the other side" while inviting others to watch as you learn, grown and, hopefully heal along the way.
